When we first read that rapper Wiz Khalifa was performing at the 2012 Preakness Stakes, we had to check just to be sure we didn’t accidentally catch a whiff of his potent stash.
Oddly enough, we weren’t high at all.
Wiz Khalifa is in fact set to perform before the annual horse race on Saturday. Considering his hit song “Black and Yellow” is widely recognized as an anthem for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the race is taking place in Baltimore, we would love somebody to explain to us how is this a good idea? Oh that’s right, it’s not!
But whether we like it or not, he’ll be performing there anyways.
How badly does Wiz Khalifa get booed if his pre-Preakness act includes "Black & Yellow?" It's in Baltimore, after all.

Wiz Khalifa rapping black and yellow at the Preakness is like having Wale rap Hail To The #Redskins at whatever those rednecks do in Dallas

Wiz Khalifa's biggest hit is basically a tribute to the Steelers & Pens and he's performing at the Preakness? This should end well.

Why are Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa performing at the 2012 Preakness Infieldfest? I don't think horse racing has a soundtrack.
