Seattle Supersonics Returning? Sacramento on verge of losing Kings

http://twitter.com/#!/EllenTailor/status/195971451017363456

Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson has said that the Kings arena deal is completely dead which means they may end up losing the NBA franchise.

After two days of talks between city officials and the Maloof family, Mayor Kevin Johnson announced today it became clear there were “irreconcilable” differences between the sides over the financing plan for a downtown sports facility.

“We know this door is closed,” the mayor said.

This could mean the return of the Seattle Supersonics!

@FredPoulin98 Well, that too,Hansen may get his wish. Seattle needs a NBA team since Supersonics left but not the Kings. Wont be surprise tho

I've had hope for the Sacramento Kings staying until now. I just don't have it anymore. Maloofs are intent on leaving, I believe.
